The Hanson Board of Assessors has received preliminary certification from the Massachusetts Department of Revenue (DOR) for its property valuations for Fiscal Year 2027. The information in this database is the Proposed Fiscal Year 2027 Valuations subject to final DOR approval. The Assessments are as of January 1, 2026.

Tax Rates for Fiscal Year 2027 will be determined soon after final approval of valuations.

The Tax Rate for Fiscal Year 2026 is $13.06
